We start by understanding how you live and what needs to change.
This includes layout options, feasibility and early decisions that shape the rest of the project.
Concept.it
This is where the project starts to take shape visually.
Materials, colours and overall direction are developed into a cohesive design concept.
Detail.it
The design is developed in detail — including kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and lighting.
At this stage, decisions become specific and buildable.
Deliver.it
The design is translated into drawings and schedules that clearly communicate the intent.
This gives the contractor a solid foundation to price and build from.
Technical Services
Technical (optional but important)
For more complex projects, we provide additional technical input to ensure everything is properly coordinated before construction begins.
Technical Detail.it
Coordination of layouts, structure and building services — including electrics, lighting, heating and ventilation.
This stage focuses on resolving how everything fits together.
Technical Deliver.it
A coordinated drawing package for construction, integrating architectural, structural and MEP information.
This is what the contractor builds from.
Site & Delivery
Oversee.it
Ongoing involvement during construction to ensure the design is being delivered as intended.
Includes site visits, design input and coordination with the project team.
Technical Oversee.it
Technical support during construction - responding to queries, coordinating details and resolving issues as they arise on site.
Procurement
Buy.it
We can manage the sourcing, purchasing and installation of furniture, lighting and finishes.
This ensures everything is delivered in line with the design and reduces the coordination required from the client.
