Monica began her career in architectural engineering, where she gained a strong foundation in technical drawings, proportions, and spatial awareness. Her first role after university was at a prestigious luxury design studio in London, where she had the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects, both locally and internationally, including in cities like Dubai.

Over the course of nine years, she collaborated on designs spanning various styles —from contemporary spaces with clean lines and neutral palettes, to properties rich in character and flair. Her experience also included working on classic and art deco designs, which helped her refine her versatility and adapt to the unique needs of each client.

In 2019, she co-founded West Nine Studio, with the goal of developing her own design philosophy while continuing to push creative boundaries and explore new possibilities in the world of design.

With a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and a keen appreciation for design, Kym brings a unique blend of analytical expertise and aesthetic sensibility to his role as Managing Director. Since assuming leadership, Kym's primary mission has been to simplify and elevate the construction experience, reducing the stress typically associated with such projects and ensuring a seamless, client-focused journey.

Kym's approach is built on providing optimal solutions that harmonize design ambitions with financial realities. He excels in offering strategic advice and ensuring fair pricing, helping clients make informed decisions that maximize the value of their investments.
