Monica Varsani,
Owner and Director
I come from a design and build background, so I’m used to both developing ideas and seeing them through on site.
A lot of my work sits in the detail and coordination - thinking things through early so they don’t become problems later.
I tend to be quite practical in how I approach projects, which helps keep things calm and structured, even when there are a lot of moving parts.
I focus on creating spaces that feel calm, layered and well put together - using natural materials, thoughtful layouts and details that hold up over time.

Gabriela Barreiro,
Lead Designer
Gabriela studied Interior Design and Stage Design at IED Madrid before moving to London, where she has worked on a range of residential and commercial projects internationally. She has a particular affinity for period properties, with a thoughtful approach to preserving original character while introducing contemporary layers that feel natural and lasting.
Her work is largely focused on family homes across South London and Surrey, with a strong emphasis on creating spaces that support connection and togetherness.
Outside the studio, Gabriela spends much of her time with her family in the countryside, drawing inspiration from nature and a slower pace of life. She also has a passion for opera and ballet — drawn to their sense of drama, discipline and craftsmanship — qualities that subtly inform her approach to design.
