This Grade II listed apartment of 4700 sq ft was re-worked, with living spaces relocated to the lower ground floor to improve connectivity to the private garden areas. Meanwhile, the upper ground floor was dedicated to sleeping spaces, where heritage details such as cornicing and restored fireplaces were enhanced.

The lower ground areas were modernised with textured wall surfaces, enhancing natural light and seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor textures. Moody accents were introduced through rich navy velvets and ochre-coloured linens, while the parquet flooring, laid in a basket weave pattern, was stained on-site to achieve rich tones and textural depth.

A bespoke kitchen crafted from dark ebonized ash wood, paired with a magnificent Silver Wave marble worktop and splashback, anchors the space, juxtaposed by the airy 'Bolle' light fixture.
